Pablo Antonio Vargas Venegas


Raised in the space between Quebec and Colombia, Pablo Antonio Vargas Venegas is a Montréal based interdisciplinary artist. Sometimes a writer, sometimes visual artist, his practice is driven by introspection, and the amplitude of human emotions and connections. He has a particular fondness for the nostalgic sensibility that analog materials in photography and film can produce. With Colombia in his heart, he tries to find beauty in the ritualistic ripples created by community, and delves into the nostalgia of both his own and intergenerational experiences.
